Refund Policy

In case you do not like the product you received from avanishtrends.com, please leave a message via the “Contact Us” page or send an email to avanishtrends@gmail.com. We are not giving full replacement of all the items, a few items are custom-made orders and manufactured upon order request. Those items cannot be returned back.

Customers need to first contact us through the “Contact Us” page on web site before returning any product. If you will return the products before let us know the same, then we will not provide any refund.

In case of genuine fault from our side, we will refund the money or we may replace the product without additional charges.

Once dispatching the order, if the order/product will return because of an incomplete address / wrong address then we are not responsible in such cases and we will not provide any refunds. Times to ship mentioned on our website against each item are indicative and approximate values only and sometimes due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur. No refund, returns, replacement & exchange will be entertained for this reason If, for any reason, there is going to be a delay in shipping because an item is out of stock or if there is an unusual delay in filling an order, we will notify you by e-mail. However, any dates for delivery are approximate only and we are not liable for any delay in delivering your order or any part of it. We may choose to deliver your order in separate parts. In some cases, we may offer to refund you for the unfulfilled part of the order.

  • Customers need to bare the shipping cost while returning the products.
    • We will not refund the shipping charges paid by you while purchasing the item.
    • We will not refund the customs duties or taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at the time of receiving the goods.
    • At any point in time, the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods.
    • Refunds would not be accepted for custom-made/stitched clothing, including readymade stitched sarees or sarees stitched with custom blouses. However, we would accept returns if there are any faults from our end.
    • Any complaint with regards to the damage or stains or stitching or any other should be reported to us within 24 hrs of the receipt of the products. We may ask for a digital picture of the same in order to review the same.
